Since founding Coinmach in NYC over 65 years ago, New York has made us who we are. It’s the city we call home and it’s where we gained the momentum to grow into the national company we are today. We’ve made some major changes over those years, including recently acquiring digital-technology laundry experts Mac-Gray and SDi Laundry Solutions. In bringing Mac-Gray and SDi into the fold, we created the new over-arching company CSC ServiceWorks, consolidating all service nationwide into one comprehensive network of sales representatives, technicians and help desk representatives.

We admit that it hasn’t been an easy couple of years. There is always room for better communication on how our changes would impact you, our loyal customers.
